The solid mountains warmly tolerate all living creatures and unveil profound strength. In the mountains, we pause to feel the trees, rocks, mist, and sunlit through the leaves with our five senses. And then, we may recover from the tiredness and take the next step after getting refreshed.
We take "mountains" as the design theme, which aspires to the residents returning home as embracing the mountains. For instance, the dark brown slate tiles in the entryway deliver a tranquil charm. Next, the five tall supporting timbers that symbolize the family members compose a feature view. After entering the living room, a wood tone matches the curved wooden ceiling, shaping a Mount Fuji image, and the grayish diatomaceous earth coating as if the snowcap delivers a feel of isolation. Moreover, we set the open family room in the center of the house to link to various spaces. Mild brightness invited from the adjacent Japanese-style room reveals a dreamy mood as sunlight illuminates the exit of a valley. Exquisitely, this is a peaceful space that makes people linger.
Outlining mountainous images of nature and purity, we practiced environmental sustainability awareness to develop this project. Alongside entirely used F1-graded low formaldehyde building materials, diatomaceous earth coating on the ceiling and walls reveals transforming craftsmanship and layering. In addition, diatomaceous earth can adjust humidity and benefit a clear living space. Hardwood flooring incorporates far infrared light that stimulates vasodilation and provides health benefits. Attentively, we achieved a wellness home for the residents.
We shaped a partial of the ceiling edges with rounded lines to imitate mountain ridges. Subtly, the curved designs represent the spirits of generosity and home protection. Scattering wood paneling and metallic elements sketch an elegant Japanese style. In the public space, double herringbone-patterned floors harmonize the coolness of the grayish ceiling and fair-faced TV wall with their sophisticated texture. Furthermore, we built plenty of storage cabinets to match with wide plank hardwood flooring to deliver a sleek appeal.
